The quantity below serves one. Probably not worth your time. Triple or quadruple the ingredients.
Instructions broken down into 3 steps: meat marinade, sauce, cook and bring together
1. Meat Prep (Marinade / Velveting) Ingredients  150g Beef 1&amp;frasl;4 t Salt 1&amp;frasl;2 t Sugar 1&amp;frasl;2 t Cornstarch 1&amp;frasl;2 t Rice Wine 1&amp;frasl;4 t Dark Soy Sauce 1 t Oil (Neutral Flavor)  Method  Slice beef against the grain into very thin strips Add all ingredients in order and mix until fully coated  2.</description>
